“If I had waited six months longer, things could have been much worse. It could have spread. Seeing women post photos of their mammogram appointments on Instagram needled me into setting my own (which I was late for.) I am so glad I did. Consider this your kick in the butt to get it done.”

Now cancer-free, Jenna spent more than a year fighting stage 1 triple-positive breast cancer with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. The harsh treatments took a toll on her body, and she lost her hair. But Jenna Fischer has embraced her new look and shared a beautiful post-chemo style.

Jenna Fischer Rocks Her Short Post Chemo Look

Growing your hair out after chemo can be a challenge, but Jenna Fischer makes it look almost glamorous. She’s used her cancer journey to spread awareness and positivity to those on similar cancer journeys.

She shared on Instagram, “I am borderline obsessed with my messy, uncontrollably curly post-chemo bangs. They are giving me 80s vibes all day and I’m here for it. Positive comments only because it’s what they deserve. They are the best.”

A fan wrote, “You are so beautiful, Jenna.  I love that you share this part of your journey with us.”

This person agreed and loves Jenna Fischer and her post-chemo outlook. “Your confidence is what’s best, Jenna!!! You are ROCKING this look. The bangs are amazing, no doubt, but your self-assurance is shining through, and that’s what I’m obsessed with!”
