Teacher Brings Student Cookie Designs To Life In Sweetest Project (Literally)

How does someone go about expressing the love and gratitude they feel for their mother? It’s not easy, but every year on Mother’s Day countless people certainly do their best. A lot of the time, gifts from little kids can be rather hilarious (For example, there’s the time these kindergarteners answered questions about their moms). Other times, however, moms get heartwarming gifts that bring them to tears. One teacher was able to do this with the best cookies ever.

Jade Hinnen is a teacher, and she absolutely adores her students. So, when Mother’s Day came around, she wanted to make sure they had something nice to bring home. Her idea started off as you might expect — she had students make mom a card. On these cards, however, were designs for cookies… and this thoughtful teacher made them herself! Check out the heartwarming results in the video below.

“This will forever be my favorite project of the year,” Jade writes in the caption of her video. “Mom’s deserve everything and more!”

Sure, Jade could have gotten away with having her students make simple, adorable cards. There’s no doubt their moms would have adored them! Instead, this teacher went above and beyond, just like so many of them do. What would we do without teachers like Ms. Hinnen!?
