For years, Ozzy Osbourne was among the world’s most recognized heavy metal singers. He settled down with his wife, Sharon Osbourne, in 1982, and the pair raised three children. In the early 2000s, his family became a household name with their MTV reality show, The Osbournes. A whole new generation met the Prince of Darkness. There’s no one quite like him, and we’ll likely never forget the way he bellowed “Sharon” in the show’s opener.

In recent years, Ozzy Osbourne has suffered failing health after a Parkinson’s disease diagnosis in 2003. Sharon told The Sun Ozzy that he would reunite with Black Sabbath for the final time in July for his first concert in 20 years. Unfortunately, the announcement comes with the news that Ozzy can no longer walk.

Sharon explained he was excited to be back with his band but also emotional.

“Parkinson’s is a progressive disease. It’s not something you can stabilize. It affects different parts of the body and it’s affected his legs,” she added. “But his voice is as good as it’s ever been.”

Per People, Ozzy shared on his radio show he faces health challenges, but he’s happy.

“I have made it to 2025,” he said. “I can’t walk, but you know what I was thinking over the holidays? For all my complaining, I’m still alive,” Ozzy said.

BBC Birmingham shared the concert announcement on Instagram, “Billed as ‘the greatest heavy metal show ever.’ Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath are reuniting for one last time, to play a fund-raising concert in Birmingham on 5 July.”

Fans can’t wait to see Ozzy Osbourne one last time, even if his health isn’t great.

A fan wrote, “Time to get a plane ticket to England.”

“Please, please, please tell me it’s gonna be streamed,” a metal fan pleading.

This person hopes it is a great success for Ozzy and his friends. “I’ve loved him for so long!! Please take good care of him!!”
