Michael J. Fox is one of Hollywood’s most well-loved and respected actors. His career took off in the 1980s, starring in Family Ties and the Back To The Future saga. He seemed unstoppable, but a private health battle changed his life. In 1991 at age 29, he received a Parkinson’s disease diagnosis and slowly began to retreat from acting. He made his health struggles public in 1998 and established The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research in 2000. He and his wife, Tracey Pollan, raised four children, and he officially retired from acting in 2021. But that’s about to change. Michael J. Fox is back.

Michael J. Fox Will Have A Major Guest Starring Role On A Hit Show
According to Deadline, Michael J. Fox will have a major guest-starring role on the upcoming third season of Shrinking on Apple TV+. Though the details of his role remain under wraps, there is quite a bit of excitement around his return.
“Big feelings incoming. Michael J. Fox joins the ‘Shrinking’ cast as a guest star in season 3. Shrinking Season 2 — Now Streaming,” Apple TV shared on Instagram alongside the star looking rather pensive.
Fans immediately shared their excitement to see the man who made Marty McFly a hero return to TV.
“AMAZING!!! I picked the perfect time to become obsessed with this show! Just finished season 2! It’s SO good,” one wrote.
This person agreed, “Omg this is the best news ever!! Can’t wait to see one of my favorite actors on my favorite show.”
