Meghan Markle Posts Sweet Photo Of Prince Archie On His 6th Birthday

Prince Archie Birthday

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a lot to celebrate. Their son, Prince Archie, turns 6 years old on May 6. It’s hard to believe he’s growing up so quickly. His parents left the United Kingdom shortly after his birth to raise their family in the United States. They stepped down from their royal duties and chose not to share photographs of their children’s faces online. Though a few photos of Prince Archie exist as a baby and toddler, he has not been photographed for public consumption in years. Prince Harry recently lost an appeal to ensure his family would have government-funded security in the UK. Now, more than ever, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are committed to protecting the identity of their children. Even on his birthday, his mom did not show Prince Archie’s face.

Meghan Markle Shared A Birthday Wish For Prince Archie

Meghan Markle posted a photo of Prince Archie with his back to the camera on his birthday. It’s a striking shot of the child watching a glowing sunset. His head seems positioned almost perfectly in the sun’s center, which appears to glow all around him.

“Our son. Our sun. Happy 6th birthday to Archie! Thank you for all of the love, prayers, and warm wishes for our sweet boy. He’s six! Where did the time go? (And for all of you who came to celebrate with us at his party last weekend, thank you for making his birthday so incredibly special),” Meghan Markle wrote on Instagram.

Meghan disabled commenting on Instagram, but fans took to X to wish Prince Archie a happy birthday.

“The happiest of a 6th birthday, Prince Archie. Little king, you have millions of global aunties & uncles who adore you & will always go to bat for you, your papa, mama, & baby sis. May you be blessed with long life & much laughter, joy, happiness & peace,” one wrote.
