Matchup Of The Century: Seven-Week-Old Kitten vs. Elderly Cat’s Fluffy Tail

Image shows a developmentally challenged kitten playing with a fluffy cat's tail.

Christina Ha owns a bakery and a cat café. She has several cats, including the newly adopted Baby Corn. At seven weeks old, Baby Corn has some issues that add to his cuteness. He was the smallest of his litter and was named Baby Corn because he was visibly underdeveloped. That does not seem to affect his playfulness or ability to win hearts. One of the kitten’s favorite activities is to play with the fluffy tail of the elder cat, Mr. Socks.

Baby Corn is a bit on the wibbledy-wobbledy side. At seven weeks old, his underdevelopment makes him a little clumsy and awkward. He either hasn’t learned to retract his claws or physically can’t. It’s a good thing he is weak, or those murder mittens would leave some crazy scars. Mr. Socks is very tolerant of the little tyke and frequently doubles as a Jungle Gym kitten amusement center. He also doesn’t seem to mind when the kitten plays with his tail.

One way Christina has shown Baby Corn’s small size is to compare him to various household goods. You can see how he measures up to a can of corn and a box of corn starch. Although the comparisons might seem corny, they give us a clear picture of the kitten’s size.

This adorable little kitten doesn’t let anything stand in his way. He gets very adamant when he’s hungry and food is not produced fast enough. They are still testing Baby Corn to determine why he is so small. So far, everything is normal, but he remains tiny and has the vet perplexed.
