“This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we are celebrating humanity’s longstanding connection to nature, and its capacity to inspire us and help us to heal and grow in mind, body, and spirit,” Kate wrote on Instagram.

Kate Middleton used time in nature to help her mental health as she battled cancer.

“Over the past year, nature has been my sanctuary,” she explained in the clip. “The natural world’s capacity to inspire us, to nurture us, and to help us heal and grow is boundless and has been understood for generations.”

Kate looks forward to a renewed sense of self this spring.

“Spring is the season of rebirth, of hope and new beginnings,” Kate said in the video. “From the dark days of winter, the outside world quietly awakens with new life, and there comes a sense of optimism, anticipation, and positive, hopeful change.”

The video ends with Prince William and Princess Kate enjoying a moment togther. “Spring is here, so let’s make the most of it together,” she said.

This follower agreed with Kate Middleton’s connection between mental health and nature.

“Being amongst nature during some of the toughest days of my life recently, has made me feel content and seems to heal me unknowingly. It’s my therapy and sanctuary too,” they wrote. “This video is so beautiful, your voice so calming, it makes me emotional just watching this and listening. I’m so glad that you find it helps you, Princess Catherine much love to you”.
