He’s been a spitfire since day one, and it’s very clear his parents adore him, particularly his mother. At times, Louis can be a handful, and his brother George just rolls his eyes. But there’s something about that sly grin that has captivated the world. During French Preside Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte’s state visit, Kate Middleton made a little joke about Prince Louis. While taking a portrait of King Louis XIV, who ruled France from 1642 to 1715, she quipped. “I should know,” Hello! Magazine reported.

Kate Middleton Adores Prince Louis
One of Kate Middleton’s friends once told People about how Prince Louis charmed his mother.
“Everyone always comments on how Louis is the spitting image of Kate,” the friend said. “She loves it and thinks it’s very sweet; she often jokes that he’s the only one of her kids who actually looks like her!”
Many have speculated whether Prince Louis will attend Wimbledon this year with his family. Big brother Prince George and big sis Princess Charlotte both attended the prestigious tennis event at age 8. Yes, Prince Louis is only 7, but we all know the youngest child sometimes gets to do things ahead of the curve, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
While Prince Louis hasn’t attended Wimbledon quite yet, Kate Middleton received an incredible gift for her son while at the event in 2019. According to Marie Claire, tennis legend Stan Smith, who first had sneakers released by Adidas, handed Kate Middleton a signed Stan Smith sneaker for Prince Louis.
The special gift from the Wimbledon and US Open champ shared the story in a 2021 GQ Interview.
“I saw photographs of the Duchess Of Cambridge wearing the shoe and I once had the chance to chat to her at Wimbledon,” Stan Smith shared. “I actually gave some shoes to the Duke and Duchess for George, Charlotte, and Louis.”
He continued, “I presented a shoe to her at the Wimbledon tournament a few years back. I gave Prince Louis a baby-sized Stan, which said, ‘To Louis from Stan Smith’ on it.”
