Anyone who’s seen the 2009 Pixar movie Up knows the running joke: The second someone says “Squirrel!”all movement stops, all talk ceases, and everyone’s attention is momentarily diverted from whatever they were talking about. Any number of dog owners have no doubt yelled “Squirrel!”to keep their pups from chasing a cat across the road or taking off after a skateboarder.
They fall for it. Every. Single. Time.
