It seems as though an off-road UTV caught fire close enough to their home to spread to the garage. The flames could have easily made it all the way to the rest of their home. Thankfully, however, Williamson County Rescue Squad arrived on the scene just in time to prevent that from happening. This was possible, in part, because Underwood and Fisher have a 10,000-gallon water tank at their home, something the firefighters were able to access ASAP to put out the flames.

As you can imagine, Underwood and her family couldn’t be more grateful that their home remains unscathed. But the best part of this update has to be that everyone in Underwood’s family is completely unharmed as well.

Fans Send Carrie Underwood Well Wishes After News Breaks of a House Fire

“There was a fire on the property on Sunday night, which was quickly contained,” a spokesperson for Underwood shares. “There was no fire damage to the primary residence, and the family and their pets were unharmed.”

Still, experiencing a fire like this is no joke. A spokesperson for the fire department notes that “one of the pets would not leave the homeowner’s side.” Recognizing that Underwood and her family are likely shaken up, fans of the country singer are sending out well wishes on social media, something they’re sure to appreciate.
