Just when you think there can’t possibly be a new way for someone to propose, someone manages to think outside of the box. Will knew that he wanted his engagement to take place at Universal Studios. It was all a part of his big plan. You see, both Will and his now fiancé, Kally Hallett, are huge fans of the How to Train a Dragon series. So, when a trend related to the second film went viral, he knew exactly what he needed to do.

In case you aren’t aware, a scene from How to Train Your Dragon 2 has taken social media by storm. In this scene, two characters (Stoick and Valka) dance. Couples love it so much, they’ll recreate it online. So, that is exactly what Will and Kally did while, fittingly, at the Isle of Berk in Universal Studios… but with a twist. See this sweet proposal in the video below!

“Y’all might be the first people to propose at Isle of Berk,” someone points out in reply to Kally’s video, another person pointing out, “Honestly that was smooth using the move that makes him already go on his knee to propose.”
How to Train Your Dragon Inspired Engagement at Universal Studios is Sure to Melt Your Heart
As that last commentor pointed out, Will really thought this proposal idea through. In most cases, the reveal of a proposal happens right as someone starts to get down on one knee. After all, how often do most of us do that otherwise?
But because that move happens in the dance, Kally remained entirely unaware of what was about to happen until she saw the ring in Will’s hands. Needless to say, this extra thoughtful method blew her away!
“We’re going to remember this moment forever!” Kally writes in the caption of her video. “Together, forever.”
