In salute to his invaluable service, the non-profit organization Operation Finally Home wanted to thank him with a very special gift. During an FC Dallas soccer game, Sgt. Holcomb and his wife were presented with a completely paid for, mortgage-free home for their entire family.
We can’t imagine a more beautiful way to honor a retired service member. Not only did Operation Finally Home give Sgt. Holcomb the chance for a new start back from the front, but his family has a new place to call home and a chance for them all to recover.
Their reaction to the news was completely heartwarming… after all, can you imagine how you’d react if given the same? Here’s to all our service men and women who give everything so that we have the chance to live in freedom.
