Tim and Wendy White were known as “the rock ‘n’ roll hair couple.” Over the course of their 12 years of marriage, Tim never gave up on his dream of becoming a rockstar– and he had the look to go with it!
Tim, 43, hadn’t cut his long, flowing, hair in 18 years. Wendy, 39, hadn’t cut hers in 11 and typically wore it in what her friend Cindy called “a little grandma bun.” It was time for an intervention.

Cindy and her husband called Oprah, and Oprah’s team decided to step in to provide much-needed makeovers for the two rock ‘n’ rollers. Her team of beauty experts completely transformed the couple… and we mean transformed!

Tim’s inner rockstar comes out as he struts down the catwalk in Prade and air guitars, but he totally freezes the moment he lays eyes on Wendy.

“Oh my god I love you!”he says, running to give her a bear hug. “Have I met you yet? You wanna get married? You are gorgeous!â€
The best part isn’t just the amazing new looks, it’s their reactions to seeing one another. Tim’s eyes practically bulge out of his head when he sees Wendy and the two can’t stop hugging.
Oprah later said seeing that moment “was like watching Tim and Wendy fall in love all over again.”
We can definitely see what she means.
