Kid of drug addict parents gets “adopted” by America’s Got Talent after tear-jerking audition.

Life definitely hasn’t always been easy for America’s Got Talent (AGT) 2014 contestant Jaycob Curlee. His biological parents were either in and out of jail or doing drugs, so when he was 5-years-old Jaycob and his sister were taken away by child services.

They both jumped around different foster homes for the next three years… until he met the people who changed his life: his new mom and dad.

Fast forward a few years to Jaycob standing on stage, singing a wonderful rendition of John Mayer’s, “Waiting On The World To Change.” The judges’ reacted in such a loving and amazing way that he could only compare his joy to that day he met his parents.

After hearing his heart-wrenching journey, Howie says the most endearing thing: now AGT would be “adopting” Jaycob, too!

Share this boy’s incredible journey from being abandoned of love and acceptance to having a family… and now hundreds of people standing up to support him!
