Engineer Bride Doesn't Have Many Girlfriends, So Bros Don Pink Robes For Hilarious Pre-Wedding Shoot.

While a wedding is a sacred ceremony full of solemn and sometimes emotional moments, it’s still true that one of the best parts of a wedding is all of the fun, silly stuff that comes along with it!

One example is the fun tradition of a bride getting photos with her bridesmaid before the wedding. These photos usually capture candid moments of fun between girlfriends as they get pretty before the big event.

As bride Rebeca Sinohara looked through these photos from other peoples’ weddings, she felt a touch of sadness. The 24-year-old from Brazil studies computer engineering, and– in such a male-dominated field– she’s found it hard to make a lot of girlfriends.

“I always knew that I wouldn’t have a gang of girls to be bridesmaids and to sit together putting on makeup and all before the event,” she said.

And who can blame her? In her class of 60 students, Rebeca is 1 of only 4 women. Naturally, she ended up meeting and befriending many more guys than girls… but now she wouldn’t trade her guy friends for anything!

1 week before the wedding, Rebeca went to her 5 best friends with an idea. She planned to get some matching robes and take silly “getting ready” pictures with the guys on her phone.

“They are really great friends, and I had no doubt they would do this for me,” she said.

But when the guys hear her idea, they took over the planning and ran wild! What resulted was a much more elaborate– and fun!– photoshoot than anything Rebeca could’ve imagined.
