45 Child Prodigies Pay Tribute To Michael Jackson, Collaborate On Stunning ‘Heal The World’ Cover.

More than two decades after topping the charts, Michael Jackson’s iconic anthem, “Heal The World,” just got a stunning new remake. The incredible cover was performed by 45 child prodigies from all over the world. When you watch these young geniuses play instruments like the violin, harp, electric guitar, drums and tabla, accompanied by a musical choir, you’ll be smiling all the way through.

The Michael Jackson tribute was released by the Mumbai, India-based band, Maati Baani, comprising on Michael Jackson’s birthday, to honor the legendary musician and inspire us all to help heal the world we live in.

This collaboration was done entirely online over a 9 month period through Skype rehearsals. Each young musician was sent their portion of the song which they recorded and sent back to Matti. The visionary then spliced the video together for the incredible result we see below.

One of the young prodigies is 13-year-old Indian American rapper Sparsh Shah “Purhythm”of Iselin, New Jersey. Sparsh, who suffers from brittle bone disease, went viral earlier this year for his cover of Eminem’s “Not Afraid.” The Wheelchair bound boy has a talent and zest for life that inspired millions all over the world. Sparsh and others like him made this tribute to the King of Pop truly awe inspiring to see.
