Jimmy Fallon is always making us laugh! One of his best skits ever: making Sofia Vergara try helium… we couldn’t stop laughing! And, although Justin Timberlake broke into the spotlight with his singing skills, he has continually proven himself to be every bit as funny as his comedian friend.
The two have teamed up on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show before, but last night’s skit is their funniest collaboration yet.
The year is 1996, the setting is Camp Winnipesaukee, and the stars are Jimmy and Justin, two pre-teen best friends who just can’t sleep! The two superstars look hilarious in their braces and curly-haired wigs, and when little Jimmy suggests they sing Alanis Morissette’s 1995 pop single “Ironic,” they both find themselves cracking up!
As Jimmy explains, they have to be quiet because its after “lights out.” The duo try to sing the song quietly, but eventually they break into a full belt (with Justin taking over the harmony)… Their laughter is so contagious.
Their song is interrupted by Camp Counselor Mr. Fletcher (who is still wearing sunblock on his noise, even though its nighttime). The boys have way too much fun making fun of their goofy counselor… As they prank and misbehave, it’s easy to forget these are actually grown men.
All goofiness aside, the skit ends with a tender moment as the two real-life pals turn to each other and say “best friends forever.” Check it out below!
And side note: Timberlake is also an incredibly inspiring person. His speech about bullying has moved thousand of people to live for more. Talk about an all around talent.
