Taylor Swift is one of the most beloved music icons of our time. Her music speaks to people all over the world and her generous, sweet spirit is a force to be reckoned with. She has made innumerable personal appearances at hospitals and even crashed fan’s birthday parties and wedding showers, but she may have outdone herself this time.
Earlier this week, Swift’s backup dancer, Kim “Toshi” Davidson, experienced her overwhelming generosity first hand. It all started when Toshi made this post to Instagram last week.

A GoFundMe page was set up to help cover baby Ayden’s medical bills, which Taylor promptly addressed. Less than a day later, after landing in Toronto, Toshi checked the fundraising page only to discover something shocking.
So I get off the plane in Toronto and this is the 1st things I see… @taylorswift is an angel and My family and I can’t thank her enough… She is such an incredible human being… This will help Lil Toshi in this time of need… Let’s pray for him to beat this… This unexpected gift is truly a blessing…
Taylor swift had donated $50,000–more than double the fundraising goal–to Ayden’s cancer treatment fund, along with a personalized note of encouragement and love.
