Maria Pettersson is a pilot, blogger, adventure-seeker, and Instagram star. Her Instagram account has gained 243k followers, and they’re all sick with jealousy every time she posts! The 32 year old Swede posts selfies from the cockpit along with pictures of herself paddle boarding, swimming, and exploring in exotic locations. But among her most popular posts, are ones ofherself doing yoga around the world.

According to Mirror, Maria “regularly flies a Boeing 737 which can hold almost 200 passengers, has a wingspan of 111 feet and ranges from 102 feet to 138 feet in length.” But the size of Maria’s plane doesn’t intimidate her, and she wants to encourage others to go for their dreams, even if they seem out of reach.
“I never thought becoming a pilot was an option for me due to the high costs and the fact that most pilots were men… [But] the more I thought about it the more I wanted it and I knew it was the perfect fit for me. Have you ever had that feeling when you feel that something is just right for you? That was the feeling I had.”
Maria records her yoga practices and travel adventures on her blog. The “About Me” section has a simple message: “daytime watching our beautiful world from 38.000 feet, night time a dreamer.
