World’s Most Famous Ballerinas Unite In Stunning Swan Dance For Struggling Artists.

Because of the restrictions brought on by the novel coronavirus pandemic, artists everywhere are struggling to get by. That’s why 32 ballerinas from around the world created a virtual performance to give back.

Their initiative, “Swans For Relief,” is comprised of dancers from countries like the U.S., Australia, Mexico, Cuba, Canada, Denmark, China, and more. Led by Misty Copeland and Joseph Phillips, they set up a GoFundMe campaign with a goal of raising $500,000 to support their fellow artists.

On their GoFundMe page, they wrote, “For us, the idea of 32 beautiful and strong women from different walks of life coming together to speak the common language of dance felt so unifying and empowering in these uncertain times.”

We couldn’t agree more! Thank you to each and every one of you for doing what you can for others in need.
