Their annual Christmas Spectacular is a show that’s tough to beat this time of year — dozens of Rockettes moving together as toy soldiers in perfect formation. And many of the formations get ridiculous. If you watch long enough your eyes are certain to get HUGE.
Case in point? The highlight of the show, seemingly at the end of the performance when all of the toy soldiers line up and fall like dominoes, all after being ‘shot’ by a cannon.
The fall starts slow, with the dancers interlocking arms before falling to the ground. But as more dancers fall, the pace increases, and within seconds the toy soldiers all end up laying on the ground before giving a final salute.
It’s an untraditional dance that will impress anyone this holiday season!
