Family Takes Game Night To Whole New Level With Epic “Quarantine Olympics.”

Quarantine isn’t easy, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun.

Alex Presley of Cornelius, North Carolina, has spent the last few weeks at home because of COVID-19. His family has always enjoyed playing board games, so when they realized they’d be spending plenty of time together, they decided to turn their friendly competitions into true Olympic events.

In early April, the 25-year-old kicked off the “Quarantine Olympics” with his girlfriend Taylor Sharpe, his twin brother Zach, and his parents, Lee and Wendy.

They’ve already completed over 30 hilarious challenges, which Alex shares on TikTok and YouTube.

One is the Roomba challenge. In this game, they attached knives to their automatic vacuum and let it loose to see whose balloon would last the longest. Of course, they all made sure to keep out of the Roomba’s way. One by one, they were eliminated until Taylor was the only competitor left!

Next up, the sock slide challenge! The objective was simple: Whoever slid the farthest across the wooden floor won.

The phone call challenge was a bit harder because these unwavering athletes had to rely on someone else. You see, they had to FaceTime a random friend and hope they answered quickly.

Then there’s the ice cube challenge. With one push, they had to get a specific number of cubes into a cup, and anyone with an ice-maker in their refrigerator knows how tricky that is!

Lee won with exactly 10 cubes, but ultimately, he said that’s not what mattered most.

“We’ve always been a real close family,” he told GMA. “But it just seems like it’s gotten us a little bit closer.”

What a fun way to bring everyone together! It’s obvious this family has a special bond, and now they’re sharing their joy with the world. Our only question is where can we sign up?
