Need to relieve some stress? Jumping into a glass box full of kittens will probably do the trick. At least that’s what the folks at Tidy Cats figured when they put together this little experiment. And it turns out they were right!

The video of their experiment starts out with the sounds of a busy city. Participants are asked about their stress level, then asked to describe what it is that’s stressing them out. Breakups, work, kids, deadlines… The list goes on. Then, participants are led into a small glass room in the middle of the city for a “guided meditation.” That’s when the kittens start to appear.
The best part of this whole experiment is that these people (a.k.a. the luckiest test subjects ever) are able to truly forget about the rest of the world– even though they’re standing in a human fish bowl, in public, with who knows how many people watching– and just play with a bunch of tiny, fluffy, adorable kittens.
One little dog isn’t so sure about the mass of kittens, but everyone else passing by the glass room looks in with envy!
“You can’t be stressed after sitting in a box full of kittens!” says one man after his time is up.
“Being around young creatures just reminds you to take it easy.” one woman agrees.
The best might be the mom whose young son had been fussing and squirming at the beginning of the video. After they leave the kittens, his attitude is completely different. “Mommy, can we do it again??”
