It takes the average adult about five years of biweekly classes to achieve a black belt, the highest rank in karate. In a video, we meet a troupe of these masters, who seem to have also gained the ability to defy gravity.
During karate competitions, martial artists often break boards to show off their strength and skill. In this demonstration, the black belts smash so many boards in such a short period of time that it’s hard to keep track! The athletes fly through the air, kicking and punching the boards held up by their teammates. They even use one another as steps to vault into midair somersaults. Honestly, it’s like something out of “The Matrix.”
It must have taken years of dedication and hard work for these athletes to reach this level of mastery. See their incredible moves in the video below, and don’t forget to share this story.
