Hotel Finds Boy’s Stuffed Animal Left Behind & Takes It On Cutest “Vacation.”

When you were a kid, you probably had a toy you took everywhere. If you lost that blanket or teddy bear, your parents probably went into a panic trying to find it for you.

When British Mama, Anna, and her family returned from their holiday in Hawaii, she and her son noticed something very important missing – his toy bear, Sutro. Anna was hopeful when she emailed the Grand Hyatt Kuai, the resort they stayed at, to see if they had come across the toy… but she had no idea the lengths the staff would go to to make the situation right.

According to Anna, she sent the hotel a light-hearted email asking, “Is there a white bear there, very friendly, answers to Sutro? He has a new friend, a seal, that he had made during the trip. They’d probably be together if they could be found.”

The hotel actually emailed the worried mama back – complete with pictures of the stuffed animal duo. She said, “Not only had they found Sutro safe and would be posting him back, but they sent updates so Doozer could see what he’d been doing on his extended vacation. Apparently having first visiting the laundry, he’s been at the Spa.”

The suffed animals’ adventures didn’t stop there, either. They got their nails done…

…and enjoyed the pool. In fact, they even got to stay at a “deluxe cabana” – something Anna’s son kept asking her to rent for the family during their stay. Anna said, “Now I’m going to have to explain why I kept telling Doozer we couldn’t afford a cabana, but… his bear can?”

Basically, Sutro and his new friend lived it up on their solo trip.

Although it wasn’t all play and no work, the Hyatt did need their help answering phones…

The animals made sure to keep it professional and even checked out of the hotel before they boarded their “flight” home.

Ultimately, Sutro and the seal made it home safe and sound. The (hilarious) pictures of the animals’ adventures kept Doozer satisfied until he was finally reunited with his buddies.
