When Virgin Media activated a landline upgrade, the recording was lost. The entire reason Stan had refused to change companies was because of that recording, because it was one of his most treasured possessions and he couldn’t imagine living without it. However, when 10 engineers working for Virgin heard his story, they decided to do something about it.

They went on a mission to find the recording and give that piece of his wife back to Stan. After an extensive amount of searching, The Executive Director of Engineering at Virgin, Rob Evans, reported that they had found the recording. Soon after, they brought this incredible news to Stan and posted a clip of his reaction. His reaction is so touching that it could give anyone goosebumps. Seeing that response, of him listening to the recording again after so long, is absolutely incredible!

This is a beautiful example of how such a small thing can have an important impact on our lives, and how we should always appreciate those things, never taking them for granted.
