Sibling love can be complicated, but at its best it’s one of the purest and most beautiful relationships one can have.
In a video recorded in February 2020, 9-year-old Colten of Rushsylvania, Ohio was caught on video sharing an incredibly sweet moment with his 16-month-old sister, Clairadee.
As the little girl snuggles sleepily into her brother’s lap he quietly sings along to the song playing in the background, “Count On Me” by Bruno Mars. Colten seems to be taking the song’s lyrics to heart, singing, “You can count on me like 1, 2, 3… I’ll be there.” Clairadee seems totally relaxed and obviously trusts her big brother with all her heart. The way she gazes up at him with such love in her eyes makes us tear up!
