Some animals have no respect for education!
Taylor Blake works on a small hobby farm in South Florida called Knuckle Bump Farms. While taking care of the miniature cattle and other animals who live on the farm, Taylor enjoys making educational videos for her TikTok and Instagram platforms. Unfortunately, one farm resident is not a fan of her videos.
Meet Emmanuel, an emu who lives on the farm. Videos like the one above have racked up more than 11 million views on TikTok!
Without fail, every time Taylor sets up her camera and starts to record, Emmanuel comes out of nowhere to interrupt. While it’s no doubt hilarious to see his little bird face peering into the camera, the funniest part of the videos is the way Taylor reacts to his antics. Just look at how she psychoanalyzes him in this video.
“Emmanuel, don’t do it,” she says in another video. “Emmanuel, don’t! Don’t do it! Don’t… choose violence. Every day we go through this.”
Once her videos started going viral, people just couldn’t get enough of Emmanuel! Taylor keeps trying to make regular videos, but time after time they turn into the Emmanuel Show. Sometimes she gets so mad, she even calls him by his full name: Emmanuel Todd Lopez!
“I’m trying to educate people right now!” she says in exasperation.
While Emmanuel may seem like the most annoying member of the farm fam, Taylor insists that he’s actually very sweet. She sometimes shares pictures of him cuddling with her and giving birdy kisses, or just kicking back wearing an adorable little emu hat.
As if having one troublesome giant bird on the property wasn’t bad enough, Emmanuel has actually been a bad influence on some of the other residents. Here’s his buddy, Ellen the emu, taking a page from his book.
Poor Taylor just can’t seem to catch a break! The good news is she now has about 1.6 million followers on TikTok who are glued to Emmanuel Todd Lopez’s every move. As we click follow… make that approximately 1.6 million plus one!
