2. Be a strong moral role model and mentor
Why: It is hard to live against the message of your environment. Being a moral example will create an environment for your child that not only encourages but inspires good.
How: Serve- engage the community by serving. Be humble- let your child learn from you; admit when you have made a mistake or when you could have made a better choice. Have accountability- give permission to a trusted few to correct you when you are having trouble living an exemplary life.
