When Christian McPhilamy was 6-years-old he saw a commercial for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital that changed his life. After seeing kids his age who had lost their hair due to illness, Christian told his mother that he wanted to help.
From that day forward, Christian began growing out his beautiful blonde locks so he could give a wig away and help another child. Christian endured bullying from other kids and even some adults, but none of that stopped him from achieving his goal of helping kids in need!
This past May, Christian’s hair was finally long enough that he could donate four ponytails of 10 inches each. Check out the video below to learn more about this little boy’s incredible act of kindness and share it to inspire kindness in others!
