Contestant Gets Perfect Score, But It’s The Meaning Behind This Move That Touched Millions Of People

Dancing With The Stars, one of the most popular shows on ABC, has hosted some very interesting contestants over the years. But we’ve never seen one like Nyle DiMarco, who’s in the 2016 season. Other than being an American model, actor and activist, another special fact is that he is only the second deaf participant ever on the show. Though dancing is following the rhythm of the music, Nyle finds a way to still keep up with the beat.

He’s so talented, in fact, that Nyle made it to week 10, a.k.a. the Finals! He and his partner, professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd, trained tirelessly before the final dance, which was in the contemporary freestyle genre. The moves were a challenge, but the duo pushed through.

When it came time for the performance, Nyle and Peta shined with a sultry and emotional routine, choreographed to “The Sound of Silence” by Disturbed. Validation came with an unbelievable amount of applause at the dance’s end… but even more praise comes as the judges gave them a perfect 30 out of 30 score! Incredible!

This goes to show that there’s always a way to conquer challenges, you just have to find the right way to do it… and it’s okay to ask for help.
