“Whatever your age is, if you have a latin mom and a passion for adventure, you will have to find a way to tell her that you are fine.” That’s the motto of world traveler Jonathan Kubben Quiñonez.
Quiñonez is on the road, making his way around different continents and gorgeous sights to leave his mark on the world. But just like any adventurer, he had to leave some people behind in order to start his journey. At the top of the list: Mom. She worries and thinks about her son constantly, but he’s found a way to put her mind at ease.
Wherever he goes, Quiñonez takes pictures with a simple sign which reads, “Mom, I’m fine.” He then posts those photos to his Instagram page, appropriately named, @momimfine. He’s acquired about 133,000 followers since his first post tagged in Lago Titicaca, Peru.
This guy is almost too cool to handle! And mom is sure to be proud… and hopefully feeling a little more comfortable with her son leaving the nest to take on the world.
