Ellen Breaks Down When She Sees This Teacher’s Incredible Acts Of Kindness, I’m In Awe!

Sonya Romero, is a teacher in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  But she is more than a teacher…she is a true humanitarian and hero.  When Ellen heard about her selfless acts of kindness, she had to bring her on the show.

And it turned out to be an interview that neither of them would soon forget.  Romero, who is a kindergarten teacher at Lew Wallace Elementary, continually has gone above and beyond to support her students, school, and community.

For her, it all starts with a few daily questions to her students: Have you eaten, do you have clean clothes, do you need to brush your hair or teeth?

The purpose of these questions is simple… to care for them.  As you will see in this interview, Romero is quick to respond personally when there is an unmet need.

She does not sit back and let someone else solve the problem, instead she acts.  And Ellen loves it and tears up.
