But this time there is no IVF involved and the circumstances are even more bizarre!

Becky John is Mom to a 9-year-old daughter. Last year, she became pregnant with her second child and gave birth to Mya in February 2015.

Becky and her partner discussed having more children and decided they wanted Mya to have a sibling close to her age. So, they started trying again right away. They were never expecting for Becky to get pregnant just one week after giving birth to Mya!

But that surprise doesn’t even come close to the shock they felt when Becky went in for a scan… Not only was she pregnant just days after having a baby, Becky was having triplets!

“I had to stare at the screen just to make sure for myself,” said Becky. “And I counted the heartbeats one by one. It was true I was actually pregnant with triplets.”

Naturally conceived triplets are extremely rare. Becky’s babies were even more rare because each baby came from a separate egg, each having its own placenta.
