They’re everywhere. Sitting on the corner as you roll down the street. Protruding by by the edges of pools. Yes, these are man-made, public signs, and they can be very useful… but not all of them.
As it turns out, some people enjoy making the most obvious alerts ever in case anyone loses their mind at a moment when common sense should be used. Such as “Caution: Water on road during rain.”
But apparently, there are also those sly producers who make the sign game a bit of a joke (we’re hoping it’s intentional) by creating them for no real purpose at all. Ex: “No dumping cats.”
It seems like there’s no real purpose… unless they’re trying to make us smile, in which they succeeded.
